About Drive

Drive is your secure cloud storage for Workbooks. It ensures your Docs, Books, and Sheets are always accessible, backed up, and easy to manage across devices.

Note:: While you can manually upload Workbooks, other app data—such as shared files—is automatically backed up and synced to your Drive as you work. Support for direct manual uploads of additional file types may be added in the future.

Key Features

Sharing Workbooks

Drive makes it easy to share Workbooks with others while keeping control of access:

  1. Open the Workbook in Drive.
  2. Click Share and choose the users by unique ID or share via a link.
  3. Assign roles: Viewer (read-only), Commenter, or Editor.
Important: Sharing is tied to a user’s unique ID. Even if they change their handle, access remains. New users adopting that handle will not gain access.
